Recruiting programs for students and recent graduates in the beginning of their career journeys are a vital part of SC Johnson’s growth and success. SCJ offers internship and global graduate roles around the world in several business functions, preparing you to work at the company and beyond. These roles offer students and recent graduates the chance to get involved in strategic projects and opportunities to learn from experienced professionals in their dedicated business function and across SCJ.

In the United States, we offer a summer internship program across several functions and locations with the opportunity for students to convert to full-time hire upon completion of the program.
