Robust Projects

You’ll own a project for the duration of your internship that will have a lasting business impact. Each business function determines the focus and scope for each of our internships based on business need. Your manager will work directly with you on the objective as well as the support and network you’ll need to successfully complete the project.

Executive Exposure

In addition to working alongside subject matter experts in each business function, you’ll have ongoing interactions with managers, meet-and-greet opportunities with executives and the opportunity to present your project work to senior leaders.

Training and Development

We make sure you have the tools and resources available to you to be successful through comprehensive trainings and professional development opportunities. In addition to specific learnings that will help you understand your business function and the company, you’ll have access to explore a wide variety of online learning tools throughout your program.

Mentoring Program

From the first day of your internship, you’ll be assigned a mentor who will help you navigate your way at SC Johnson and answer any questions you may have through the duration of your internship. Your mentor is a connection you work closely with in addition to your manager, expanding your network within the company.

Housing Assistance

SC Johnson has arranged to have furnished apartments available to you, subsidized by the company to assist you with your housing needs. The apartments are located in Milwaukee/Racine, Wisconsin, Chicago, Illinois, Bay City, Michigan and various Field Sales office locations helping interns to experience living in the areas surrounding our Global Corporate and North America headquarters.

Summer Hours

Since many of our programs take place during the summer months, we make time to enjoy the season with a flexible schedule. You’ll have the option to complete your work week by Noon on Friday.

Making Connections

You’ll enjoy getting to know fellow interns and networking with SC Johnson team members throughout the summer at events that encourage camaraderie and connection.
