Compensation Beyond Salary
In addition to a competitive base salary, our compensation programs reward both individual achievements and organizational results in many ways throughout the year.
Executive Discretionary Bonus Plan
The Executive Discretionary Bonus Plan is a short-term incentive program designed to reward employees based on the results of objectives (“DBOs”). Bonus payments can be anywhere from 0-200% of your bonus target.
- Participation: You are eligible to participate in this plan if you are in a Non-Sales Manager position.
- Calculating payouts:
- Performance scales for select business units are established at the beginning of the fiscal year.
- Achievement results are calculated at the end of the performance period.
- Individual payouts range from 0-200% based on the interpolated results of the weighted objectives relative to the performance scales.
- Discretionary adjustments are allowable under the plan as determined by senior leadership in unique situations. Payments under the plan are also subject to the Company’s discretion and are not guaranteed.
- Payment: The bonus calculation is based on a target percentage of your DB-eligible salary. Generally, DB payouts are processed on the paycheck date closest to November 1 and you must be an active employee on date of payment to receive a bonus payout. Taxes will be withheld in accordance with local practices.
