We encourage students from all colleges and universities to apply to our internship opportunities. We proactively promote and recruit for our opportunities through our Leadership Development Program, university partnerships and summer, fall and spring recruiting activities.
Leadership Development Program
What better way to answer, "What's it like to work at SC Johnson?" than by experiencing it for yourself?
At SC Johnson’s Leadership Development Program, students from across the nation are invited to get a hands-on, inside look at our values, culture, and people to help you gain a better understanding of what it’s like to work for SCJ.

Rising juniors will have the ability to participate in:
- Multiple professional development sessions
- Connections with former interns who are now current full-time SCJ employees

- Tour of our Global Headquarters
- Experience the local area
- Early interview for an internship spot for the following summer
Program Schedule
Virtual engagements are scheduled from May to July, followed by an in-person conference in August.

Applications for the 2025 Summer Leadership Conference Leadership Development Program are now closed. Applications for the 2026 program will open in Spring 2026.

University Partnerships
Our recruiting teams visit colleges and universities across the nation to meet with students and share information about available opportunities with SC Johnson. Our on-campus events include presentations and mixers to help students get to know more about SCJ, as well as personal and professional development opportunities like interviewing workshops and mock interview sessions.
