Are you a marketer who loves the challenge of building powerful brands while bringing new ideas to life? As Associate Brand Manager, Insecticides – Equity & Innovation, you’ll help shape the future of iconic global brands including Raid® and Baygon®, influencing how they connect with consumers, innovate against evolving needs, and win in markets around the world.

This is a dynamic brand management opportunity designed to give you experience across both brand equity and innovation. You’ll lead high-impact projects spanning brand strategy, integrated marketing communications, visual brand identity, consumer claims, portfolio strategy, and new product development and commercialization—connecting the long-term vision for the brand with the products and experiences that bring it to life.

Working in a highly collaborative, global environment, you’ll partner with regional and country marketing teams, consumer insights, innovation and product development, finance, legal and regulatory teams, and agency partners to uncover opportunities and translate consumer and business insights into compelling brand strategies and successful marketplace execution.

THERE ARE TWO M4 ASSOCIATE BRAND MANAGER ROLES OPEN ON THIS TEAM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Flex across equity and innovation priorities as business needs dictate, taking ownership of high priority workstreams and ensuring a strong connection between brand strategy, product development, and commercialization.

  • Shape holistic brand and portfolio strategies and create winning plans for Strategy 2030 by leveraging consumer insights, market and competitive analysis, and regional and local business opportunities.

  • Work closely with regional and country marketing teams to understand business context, identify clear problems to solve, assess commercial viability, and unlock growth across insecticide brands.

  • Lead assigned equity workstreams, including writing and assessing creative briefs, evaluating creative work, and partnering with agencies to develop integrated communications and Visual Brand Language aligned with brand architecture.

  • Adapt global brand assets for local relevance while protecting distinctive brand voice, strategic consistency, and executional excellence; manage assigned agency scope and production budgets, including planning and in-season adherence.

  • Lead assigned innovation and new product development projects from opportunity definition through commercialization, partnering with Research, Development and Engineering, Product Commercialization Management, Insights, Finance, and regional teams to establish the consumer proposition, technical feasibility, financial viability, and project plan.

  • Ensure innovation and equity are tightly connected by partnering across teams to develop compelling positioning, packaging and Visual Brand Language, claims, and communication that bring product benefits to life.

  • Lead or partner on claims strategy by coordinating Research, Development and Engineering, Legal, and Regulatory resources to articulate the product experience, create differentiated and supportable claims, and address competitive opportunities and disadvantages.

  • Lead cross-functional project governance and update meetings, including support of Integrated Growth Planning and other brand and innovation operating processes; drive clear decisions, owners, and next steps.

  • Share accountability for the brands’ Profit and Loss performance and market share globally.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related subject with 5+ years of related work experience or 3+ years with an advanced degree

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Global experience/exposure

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience in consumer products, ideally spanning brand management and/or innovation

  • Experience developing integrated marketing communications and partnering effectively with creative agencies

  • Experience supporting or leading new product development and commercialization

  • Strong cross-functional leadership and demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities while shifting between strategic and executional work

  • MBA preferred or equivalent relevant experience

  • Passion for creativity, consumer-led innovation and brand building

  • Comfortable working in ambiguity with a high sense of urgency and the ability to turn ambiguity into action

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Position is Full-Time in Racine, Wisconsin

  • Regular business hours, Monday-Friday

  • Travel <10%

  • This role is eligible for international relocation assistance

  • Remote work is available once per week for eligible employees after 90-day onboarding period
