About the Role
Join our team as the Associate Manager, Benefits Delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of benefits in the US and Canada playing a crucial role in ensuring that employees understand and leverage SCJ’s comprehensive and competitive benefits packages. This position involves supporting the administration of various benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data and file feeds related to benefits programs, and providing support throughout the benefits enrollment process. You will also resolve employee and retiree issues and ensure that the organization is maintaining accurate records. In addition, you will partner with our HR Delivery team, Benefits Center of Excellence (COE), and vendors to create a work environment that enhances employee satisfaction and retention.
FOR INTERNAL EMPLOYEES: THIS IS AN I LEVEL ASSOCIATE MANAGER ROLE
Key Responsibilities
Deliver employee and retiree benefit programs with functional and technical expertise
Partner with Benefits COE, vendors, and HR to manage benefits enrollment processes
Support daily benefits administration and ensure data accuracy
Audit data regularly to correct discrepancies
Document processes for designated benefit areas
Develop requirements for HRIS and external vendors for file feeds
Implement system and process changes with HR vendors and COE
Assess the effectiveness of current programs with COE
Manage service agreements and monitor vendor performance
Use HR metrics for continuous process improvement
Ensure confidentiality and security of employee data
Build relationships with key HR stakeholders
Serve as an expert resource for colleagues
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field
5+ years in Benefits Administration, including health & welfare plans
1+ years using a benefits enrollment system and managing file feeds
1+ years in vendor management
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in HR systems like HRIS, benefits administration software, and payroll systems
Experience with Workday
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders in a complex organization
Knowledge of government policies and regulations in benefits
Proactive problem-solving approach
Job Requirements
Full-time position at Global HQ campus in Racine, Wisconsin
Shifting work schedule might be required depending on critical deliverables and urgent requirements
Remote work is available once per week for eligible employees
No relocation assistance
