Duration: 3 months (subject to extend for another 2 months)

Location: Makati, Philippines

Allowance: Yes, calculated per day

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a great chance to work in a multi-international environment with high standards of work.

The Intern will work with our Asia Pacific Supply Planning team. He/She will be working closely with planners across the Asia Pacific Region, and will gain experience and learn about the end-to-end supply chain and planning processes. This includes knowledge of customer orders, delivery, finished goods planning and production all the way to raw material ordering and procurement. While supporting key projects on Service, Cost/Cash improvement in the region, you will apply tools and applications such as SAP, PowerBi, Power Automate, etc. to drive focused improvement, analysis and reports automation of our work processes. This internship includes the opportunity to network and coaching from senior level stakeholders of SCJ Global Supply Chain and other business functions.

Responsibilities:

• Support the team with planning activities.
• Support orders placement based upon agreed lead time and volume parameters.
• Assist planners with additional projects & reports to reduce inventory and optimize production plans to ensure high service levels to our customers.
• Contribute to planning replenishment across the Distribution Centre network and run daily DRP (Deployment Requirements Planning) functionalities based on the inventory settings of the Inventory Function.

Experience you’ll bring:

• Must be at least a 4th year Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Information Technology or other related courses.
• English fluency (written and spoken)
• Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement and Endorsement Letter from the college or university
• Amenable to work onsite.

• Ability to work independently and within a regional team located in different countries
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
