The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 116,400.00 USD - 152,775.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. The Manager, Supply Planning position has the responsibility for delivering the customer service targets at the optimal inventory investment and cost for their specific Category business units. This role will have direct-line responsibility for supply planners within the category structure and will also be the primary Supply Planning owner with the Commercial Business Units. In addition, the supply planning manager position will play a critical role in the S&OP process owning the Step 3 as well as lead the weekly Control Tower (S&OE) meetings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading E2E Value Chain Optimization as well as facilitating/driving issue resolution within the Supply Planning Deliver team
Educate, lead, and own Control Tower meetings and ensure alignment with the global standards and best practices
Lead weekly Supply Review meetings as a part of the S&OE process
Participate in monthly Supply Review (Step 3) meetings as a part of the S&OP process
Accountable for CFR and Inventory KPI’s within their cluster(s) or category(s)
Accountable for developing inventory/safety stock strategies
Ensure aligned inventory strategies are incorporated into updated supply plans
Proactively communicate potential supply issues with business integration and planning leadership while leading issue resolution
Conduct monthly root cause analysis of KPI’s for their category/cluster – and identify/drive corrective actions
Responsible for leading capability and both long and short-term capacity assessments on supporting demand changes
Primary point of contact in supply planning for Commercialization teams. Ensures that supply planning activities in the commercialization timeline are complete on time
Primary point of contact for 3PM procurement to solve issues related to contract adherence and future capacity requirements with repack vendors
Creation and implementation of rituals and routines to support the understanding and visualization of required capacity, prioritization of line time across BU’s, and visibility to base good requirements to support planned production
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
University Degree and 7+ years relevant experience
Military experience considered in lieu of education requirement
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
University Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
Advanced Degree
2+ years of management or leadership experience
5+ years of experience using PC-based applications (such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and/or Access)
5+ years of demonstrated results and working in a team-based, cross functional environment
Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to understand key business and planning concepts
People Management and development skills
Ability to drive action and influence decision making at all levels of the organization
Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities with competing demands
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in process improvement
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Full time position
Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees
US Domestic travel, 10-20% (suppliers and Racine)
This role is not eligible for relocation
