Director, Customer Marketing Central Europe

This Customer Marketing Director will join as a commercial leader on our Central Europe (CE) management Team. With day-to-day strategic, operational and P&L responsibility, you will work together with the CE Management Team and cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to drive profitable growth for the Central Europe business. This role offers an excellent opportunity to shape the future of our categories and brands, beloved by consumers all around the world.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coaching the customer marketing team (22 employees in 5 countries) to deliver business objectives and delight the target consumers.
  • Developing comprehensive category and business growth strategies through annual plans that drive profitable shares growth.
  • Driving the P&L and budgets for each country and category, managing risks and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the S&OP process with insights and strategic direction about our categories’ growth
  • Energetically championing the growth agenda, including product innovation, activation plans and portfolio strategy.
  • Drive alignment between customer marketing, category management and sales on category and channel strategies and plans

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Bachelor's Degree in economics or business related and 10+ years of relevant business experience
  • Strong FMCG industry experience and proven success in delivering growth.
  • Exceptional people leadership skills, with a track record of developing, building and engaging effective teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, communication and influencing in matrix-based organizations.
  • Excellent strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrates resiliency and agility, and readily adjusts plans in the face of obstacles or new ideas that add value
  • Clear and demonstrated ability to translate consumer and brand insights into compelling, exciting and sellable narratives.

  • Regular business hours
  • This role is eligible for domestic relocation
