The purpose of the role is to lead and coordinate the digital transformation of Customer Fulfillment in the SSC. It helps in any automation and analytics initiatives to deliver the best solution. This position reports to the CF LATAM Director and it has a close interaction with the Centralized and 3 Front Teams leaders; and coordinates the Self Service analysts. This position also interacts with Digital Enablement, Opex and other global CF leaders
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Co-design the functional Digital Strategy and promote their successfully implementation
Lead the discovery process to identify opportunities and coordinate whit DHL to execute the digital enablement activities to complete the target
Develop and coordinate the self-service program in reporting and analytics
Participate in regional/global projects where technology is a key component
Coach automation champion plus team to achieve efficiency goals
Conduct technology benchmarking of best practices.
Co-lead all needed remediation initiatives.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Engineer, Business Administration, Systems, or related field
Advanced Automation / Analytics Tools knowledge (mandatory)
2-4 years Order Management / Custumer fultillment or related areas experience (desired)
Proficient with MS Office, SAP.
Intermediate / advanced English skills
