In Belgium, we operate a factory in Malle where teams create Ecover® and Method® products, along with an office in nearby Brecht that develops and executes commercial strategies for Belgium and beyond.

Meet the Team — Malle, Belgium

In Malle, our Soap Central Station factory and offices are home to our Manufacturing operations and Reserach, Development & Engineering (aka Global Product & Sustainability) team members with a Research and Development lab for Ecover® and Method®. Here, approximately 115 team members make beautiful bubbles together.

DISCOVER WHERE YOU’LL WORK

Malle is a charming, family-friendly town with good schools, many parks, and nice restaurants and shops in and around the local area. It a 15- to 20-minute drive from the city of Antwerp. 

Our factory is found in a mixed industrial and business zone. The surrounding area is known for forests, parks and cycling routes, with the ‘Domein de Renesse’ castle nearby — ideal for a nice walk or run during breaks or even a walking meeting.

Facility Features

Our factory was built in 1992 as the first ecological factory in the world. It has a green rooftop of 6000m2, with beautiful wooden beam structures and solar panels. On site, you'll find many sustainability features including energy reused to heat water systems, smart cleaning systems, Platinum Zero Waste Certification, electric forklifts and more.

Amenities

Team members enjoy on-site benefits and perks such as meal vouchers, daily free fruit in our kitchen area, a cycle-to-work scheme, access to free and discounted products and more.

We are close to public transportation, provide onsite parking with electric charging units, and offer ample bike storage space as many team members commute by bike.

Meet the Team — Brecht, Belgium

Approximately 30 team members support the business from nearby Brecht, about a 10-minute drive from our location in Malle and approximately 30 minutes from the city of Antwerp. This is a smaller office location, and the team members here support the commercial side of our business in Belgium, the Netherlands and France.
