SC Johnson's global headquarters is located in Racine, Wisconsin where we operate four main offices and additional support facilities. We have longstanding roots in the community, as we were established here in 1886, when Samuel Curtis Johnson purchased a flooring business and founded his own company.

Corporate HQ
Our global corporate headquarters was designed by renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright. Opened in 1939, the building is the only corporate headquarters that Wright built that remains operational. The iconic Research Tower opened in 1950 and led to the development of trusted brands including Raid®, Glade® and Pledge®. The award-winning Fortaleza Hall includes a company history display and amenities. The newest addition to Corporate HQ is Waxbird Commons (see more below).
WAXBIRD COMMONS
Waxbird Commons is our newest redesigned building named after our company's first airplane, the Johnson Waxbird. As a company with a longstanding commitment to the environment, we've worked to implement updates to our campus that underscore - and bring to life - our sustainability efforts through an innovative, sustainable design. Combined with other sustainability projects, this investment will help reduce campus energy consumption by approximately 66%, with a pathway to reaching net zero energy by 2025. The new building features a contemporary and collaborative design, with elements that focus on key historical moments that helped establish and guide the purpose and culture of our company today.

Sam's Campus is SC Johnson's main research facility. Global teams supporting many business functions collaborate at this location, which opened in 2016.
Sam's Campus West
Just west of Sam's Campus and opened in 2019, Sam's Campus West is an office location home to many of the company's Global Supply Chain team members.
WAXDALE
Waxdale has been our central manufacturing facility for more than 60 years. The facility covers 2.2 million square feet and is the largest and fastest single-site aerosol producing facility in the world.
