SC Johnson & U.S. Army Reserve Private Public Partnership (P3)

We are committed to helping connect job-seeking U.S. Army Reservists, veterans and their family members with career opportunities at SC Johnson. Through our recently established Army Reserve Private Public Partnership, we strive to support service members while they serve their country.

This partnership allows SC Johnson’s career opportunities to be shared directly with Army Reservists and their family members. Our recruiting team partners with specialists within the Army Reserve to build awareness of key career opportunities and make direct connections with interested reservist candidates.

Semper Forward Partnership

SC Johnson partners with Semper Forward, an extensive national network built to help the U.S. military community find their next mission. Veteran candidates are actively matched with open SC Johnson career opportunities in addition to active promotion of SCJ at military bases around the country and veteran job fairs throughout the year. Through partnerships like these, we seek to build awareness of our careers with both transitioning military and military spouses.

BUILDING COMMUNITY THROUGH VALOR

When military members transition to civilian jobs at SC Johnson, they are greeted by a welcoming community and a supportive team, including other veterans and allies through our Employee Resource Group. VALOR, standing for Veterans & Allies | Leadership, Outreach, Resources, creates a community of service members and allies that fosters awareness, inclusion, and understanding by providing support, education and resources to SC Johnson team members.

VALOR unites people and grows their network by celebrating past and present service members, engaging allies and serving the greater community.

The group coordinates various opportunities to get involved and build camaraderie such as volunteer opportunities, blood drives, educational events, and more.
