Registration & Regulatory Compliance Associate – Fixed Term Contract
Location: Istanbul Turkey
Overview
The Associate is responsible for supporting the Associate Manager with all activities related to product registration and regulatory assessment in Turkey, including formula assessment, claims assessment and label assessment. This position reports to the Associate Manager, Registration and Regulatory Compliance Turkey, and belongs to the GSARA (Global Safety Assessment and Regulatory Affairs) organization
Responsibilities:
Compilation, revision and preparation of registration documents to obtain high-quality best-in-class registration dossiers. Timely submission of all registration files, timely preparation and submission of responses to comply with Authorities’ post-registration queries (including internal coordination with cross-functional teams).
Update of the registration tracker
Follow-up of registration renewals. Timely communicate gaps, risks and warnings to the process.
Completion and updates to the Dashboard as a tool for communication with business stakeholders.
Ensure all products meet local regulatory requirements and internal and external standards
Experience you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in science (Chemistry, Biology, Entomology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Engineering, Pharmacy, etc) or other technical discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience in Regulatory Affairs in Turkey for one of more of the following industries: pesticides, home care and home cleaning products, personal care, pharmaceuticals / medicines). Experience in the Pharmaceutical and / or pesticides industry will be highly appreciated. Experience or knowledge related to the European Union regulatory process will be a plus.
Behaviors you’ll need:
English (fluent, written and oral). Fluent written and oral Arabic will be a plus
Good communication skills, must be able to summarize and articulate technical information to diverse audiences both verbally and in writing

Detail-oriented, accurate, willingness to learn and expand knowledge
