As part of the Record to Report (R2R) team within the LATAM Shared Service Center, you will play a key role in validating, controlling, and analyzing financial information. Your work will help to identify deviations, uncover areas for improvement, and ensure reliable decision-making by key stakeholders. This role requires a strong focus on internal control compliance and a continuous improvement mindset
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end financial reporting.
Analyze various P&L lines, including functional expenses, foreign exchange differences, and other income and expenses, while maintaining continuous communication with key stakeholders such as Local Finance (BP&A, Sales & Marketing Finance), Product Costing, and other relevant areas.
Ensure proper application of internal policies and controls.
Participate in internal and external audit processes.
Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to effectiveness and efficiency.
Apply LEAN methodologies to drive process improvements, as well as digital and automation initiatives.
Support ad-hoc projects as required.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Professional degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
2 to 3 years of experience in accounting or external audit.

Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
Results-driven, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues.
Cross-functional mindset, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Proficient in SAP (non exclusive), Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with digital and automation tools (Power BI, Macros, RPA) is a plus.
Fluent in English, which adds value in a global context.
