Drive operational excellence within our warehouse facility. The Warehouse Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing and enhancing the efficiency of our warehouse operations, ensuring that we consistently meet and exceed customer & Stakeholders expectations and business needs at the same time. Through data analysis, process improvement, and strategic collaboration, the Warehouse Analyst contributes to the seamless flow of goods, maximizes inventory accuracy, and ultimately supports the overall success of our supply chain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that warehouse´s daily operations run smoothly, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards
- Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance
- Responsible for monitoring suppliers’ performance, Cost & Quality (3PL, MHE, etc)
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices & Saving initiatives
- Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
- Intermediate English
- Advance expertise in PC-based applications (such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PBI, SAP).
- End to end vision
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Experience working in Consumer Products or related industries.
Must have dealing with ambiguity skills, be able to quickly adapt.

- Communication skills, with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate with business stakeholders
- Quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to Logistics KPIs. Strong analytical knowledge.
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Working knowledge in continuous improvement.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams, focusing in end to end process.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Full-time position, standard business hours (Monday to Friday)- Pilar- Buenos Aires .
Office-based role with the option to work remotely one day per week.
