Sr. Analyst, Logistic Operations (Warehouse)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Drive operational excellence within our warehouse facility. The Warehouse Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing and enhancing the efficiency of our warehouse operations, ensuring that we consistently meet and exceed customer & Stakeholders expectations and business needs at the same time. Through data analysis, process improvement, and strategic collaboration, the Warehouse Analyst contributes to the seamless flow of goods, maximizes inventory accuracy, and ultimately supports the overall success of our supply chain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that warehouse´s daily operations run smoothly, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards

• Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance
• Responsible for monitoring suppliers’ performance, Cost & Quality (3PL, MHE) Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices & Saving initiatives
• Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.

• REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

• +2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain roles (Operations preferred).
• Solid understanding of warehouse processes: receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and stocking.
• Strong data analysis and problem‑solving capabilities
• Ability to create dashboards and interpret operational performance trends
• Experience with root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto)
• Proven ability to identify waste and redesign processes for efficiency
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting or executing contract negotiations with logistics vendors or 3PLs
• Understanding of basic contract terms, SLAs, penalty frameworks, and performance benchmarks.
• Ability to evaluate proposals, cost structures, and vendor performance data.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

• Experience working with automation solutions
• Proficiency with Power BI
• Experience working with 3PLs or managing outsourced warehouse operations.
• English proficiency

• JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Full-time position, standard business hours (Monday to Friday)- Pilar- Buenos Aires .

• Office-based role with the option to work remotely one day per week.
