Als SHE-medewerker, die vooral voor de administratieve ondersteuning instaat, maak je deel uit van het inspirerende SHE team dat de implementatie ondersteunt op locatieniveau van de veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieupraktijken (SHE) om de naleving van de wereldwijde SCJ-normen en van de lokale wettelijke vereisten te garanderen. In deze functie werk je samen met je SHE collega’s en met de medewerkers op de werkvloer om gezondheids- en veiligheidsrisico's en nadelige milieueffecten te identificeren en te beheersen. Hoewel je in deze rol technische kennis en ervaring op het gebied van veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu met succes kan toepassen, is het evenzeer belangrijk dat je de wereldwijde SCJ SHE-normen eigen maakt en uitdraagt. Hierbij mag je de volle ondersteuning van het SHE-team verwachten.

Essentiële taken en verantwoordelijkhed:

• Verifieert de juistheid van de gegevens en brengt de gegevens in de SHE-database van het bedrijf (bijv. Entropy). Draagt er zorg voor dat correctieve – en preventieve acties gerapporteerd worden volgens de SCJ standaarden.
• Ondersteunt het SCJ's Management of Change (MOC)-proces bij het opstellen en inbrengen van besproken acties om potentiële gezondheids- en veiligheidsrisico's en milieueffecten in verband met veranderingen in bedrijfsactiviteiten te evalueren en te beheren.
• Bereidt indienststelling voor door het verzamelen van relevante informatie en het voorbereiden van het indiensstellingsverslag.  
• Ondersteunt incident meldingen/rapportage en vult nieuwe gegevens aan in de bestaande database.
• Onderhoudt en analyseert gegevens van interne auditprocessen, waaronder SHE-gerelateerde GEMBA, self assessments en gedragsobservaties, om proactief aandoeningen en gedragingen te identificeren die kunnen leiden tot SHE-incidenten.
• Past de analysemethode toe op de gegevens om verliestrends te identificeren die kunnen bijdragen aan verwondingen en ziekten, nadelige milieueffecten en non-conformiteiten van SHE-processen.
• Geeft ondersteuning bij de interne SHE opleidingen en bewustmakingsactiviteiten.
• Is voor korte periodes back-up voor de taken van overige SHE analysts
• Het verzamelen en rapporteren van gegevens ter ondersteuning van de naleving van milieuvergunningen en -vergunningen.
• Het up to date houden van het SHE document management systeem
• Maakt bestelling in SAP en volgt deze op.
• Schoolt zich geregeld bij over de interne veiligheidsstandaarden en procedures.

Voorkeursvaardigheden:

• Affiniteit hebben met veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieubeheer in een productieomgeving
• Diploma middelbaar onderwijs
• Kennis en ervaring met ERP of gelijkaardig
• Kennis Microsoft Office (Word, Excel en PowerPoint)
• Goede kennis Nederlands en Engels, zowel spreken als schrijven.

• Effectieve mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden om informatie duidelijk en beknopt te rapporteren aan belanghebbenden binnen de organisatie.
• Opleiding preventieadviseur niveau 3 is een plus.
• Ervaring met chemisch procesveiligheid heeft de voorkeur.
• Kennis van de huidige gezondheids- en veiligheidstechnologieën en -processen, zoals ergonomische risicobeoordelingen, beoordelingen van blootstelling aan industriële hygiëne, gevarenanalyses van elektrische vlambogen en machineveiligheidsprincipes heeft de voorkeur.
• Vermogen om effectief met anderen om te gaan, open, openhartige en vertrouwensvolle relaties op te bouwen om win/win-resultaten te creëren
