ASSOCIATE MANAGER NALMO AIR CARE MARKETING

About the role

A dynamic and strategic Brand Manager role leading Air Care category in Egypt and North Africa Levant and Morocco countries. Role is pivotal in driving a healthy profitable growth of the category via:

• Driving consumer led innovations
• Consumer centric strategies and flawless media execution

About the Team/Department

The candidate will report to the MENAPT Air Care Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of ongoing innovation from an E2E process to unlock incremental category and share growth.
• Identify and activate new growth opportunities through innovation, portfolio optimization, and whitespace expansion.
• Analytical skills – leveraging Nielsen database to analyze market and SCJ performance
• Team player, with high sense of ownership, agility, and continuous learning.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration with key teams; Customer Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, PCM and GSARA
• Lead media strategy and execution to ensure impactful, efficient, and effective campaigns in Egypt

Experience you’ll bring:

• 5 years of work experience
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Experience in media planning and execution is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Customer Marketing or Advertising agency experience is a plus
