This position provides administrative support to multi-level managers in a fast-paced, multi-business environment, coordinating across Global, Regional, and Site Engineering, Manufacturing, and Technical Services stakeholders. This role leads site-wide engagement initiatives, coordinates cross-functional site communications, and provides comprehensive site administrative support.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of site-wide engagement initiatives, projects, and events to foster a connected and inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create and distribute site-wide communications.
- Supervise high school co-op administrative students, including workload management and task prioritization.
- Perform a range of administrative tasks including calendar management, document processing, presentation preparation, and file maintenance, while ensuring accurate recordkeeping and documentation.
- Order and maintain office supplies and building-related materials.
- Serve as the primary liaison for site service vendors, ensuring timely and effective support.
- Process and approve invoices for payment in alignment with site financial procedures.
- Provide backup administrative coverage for other departments during absences or peak periods.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative or project-based experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related applications, with strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Proactive approach to task and project follow-through, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Full time, Monday-Friday day shift position, with potential operational support outside core business hours as needed to support the 24x7 Manufacturing environment.
- Occasional overtime as needed.
- Willing and able to meet physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations: Standing and walking for extended periods of time, climbing stairs, wear all required personal protective equipment.
- Ability to work in plant manufacturing environments as well as in office.
- Less than 10% travel.
- This position is not eligible for remote work.
- This position is not eligible for relocation.
