Role: Production Planner

Location: Mijdrecht, NL

Function:Regional Planning – Production Scheduling

Are you ready to make a real impact in a fast-moving supply chain environment? We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Production Scheduler to join our team in Mijdrecht. In this role, you’ll play a key part in translating demand into actionable production plans that keep our products flowing and our customers satisfied.

You’ll work closely with Manufacturing and Planning teams to build schedules that balance service, inventory, and capacity. It’s a role for someone who thrives on solving problems, staying ahead of disruptions, and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production schedules that align customer demand with manufacturing capacity and inventory goals.
• Ensure SAP systems accurately reflect production performance and capacity constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on scheduling wheels and production runs.
• Identify and resolve scheduling disruptions quickly and effectively.
• Lead root cause analysis of KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Participate in monthly S&OP and weekly S&OE processes.
• Support both short-term and long-term capacity assessments.
• Contribute to supply chain initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Experience you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of experience in production scheduling or supply chain planning.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with SAP (ECC/APO) or similar planning tools.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments and inventory management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• English fluency required; Dutch proficiency or a clear willingness to learn is strongly preferred.
