The main responsibility for the job is the development and creation of BI solutions whereas promoting one business data driven culture. This role requires of one collaborator with the ability to perform as a technical expert, data explorer, visual storyteller and an analytical influencer that can fulfill due dates defined and deliverables expected for current initiatives and projects. Strong business and technology skills are required. The platforms/tools used in the company for creating BI solutions are Azure Synapse as data source and Power BI for dashboards visualization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using Azure Synapse and Power BI.
- Promote a data-driven culture across the organization by advocating for data-informed decision-making.
- Act as a technical expert in BI tools, data modeling, and dashboard creation.
- Explore and analyze data to uncover insights that support business strategies and operations.
- Translate complex data into compelling visual stories that are easy to understand and actionable.
- Influence stakeholders analytically by presenting data in ways that drive strategic decisions.
- Ensure timely delivery of BI projects and initiatives, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical teams to align BI solutions with organizational goals.
- Maintain strong business acumen to understand key performance indicators and operational metrics.
- Leverage technology expertise to optimize data pipelines and visualization performance.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Business, Economic, Engineer or Computer Science or related degree
- Data Analytics, Power BI
- Experience in small scale BI initiatives/projects
- English written and oral communication is required
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
- Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills
- Experience operating with a geographically diverse regional team
- Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate across organizations to optimize outcomes
