Als HR-stagiair(e) ondersteun je onze medewerkers en leer je over en werk je mee aan:

• de volledige employee journey: van werving, onboarding, ontwikkeling tot doorgroei naar een nieuwe rol,
• het beheren van afwezigheden (ziekte, vakanties, verlof),
• het organiseren (en deelnemen aan) personeelsevenementen,
• het schrijven van duidelijke en inspirerende communicatie voor medewerkers,
• het updaten van beleid en sjablonen.

Als je een scriptie moet of wilt schrijven, helpen we je graag met het vinden van een relevant onderwerp en treden we op als business sponsor in het proces.

Wie zoeken wij?

• Bachelor / HBO student in Human Resource Management
• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels
• Sterke teamspeler
• Proactieve houding
• Beschikbaar voor 4–6 maanden en minimaal 4 dagen per week – start bij voorkeur rond september/oktober
• In staat om 4 dagen per week naar Mijdrecht te reizen (gelegen tussen Utrecht en Amsterdam)

As an HR Intern, you will be involved in supporting our employees. You will be learning about and involved in:

• the full employee cycle from hiring, onboarding, developing and moving on to a new role

• managing absences (sickness, holidays, leaves)

• organizing (and participating in) employee events,

• writing clear and inspiring employee communications,

• updating policies and templates.

If you want/need to write your thesis on a subject, we will support you in finding a relevant subject and be a business sponsor in the process.

• Bachelor’s / Applied Sciences / HBO student in Human resources management Fluent in Dutch and English

• Availability for 4-6 months and for a minimum of 4 days/week – start preferably around September/October

• Ability to travel 4 days/week to Mijdrecht (located between Utrecht and Amsterdam)
