Job Title: Representative, Business Support
Location: Jakarta - Pulogadong
Department: Logistics
This role involves supporting Associate Manager Logistics Operations and Sr. Analyst Logistics Transportation related to the accuracy, validity, and the on time POD (Proof of Delivery) document submission, supporting for Analyst, Logistics Transportation in planning and shipment execution and supporting Manufacturing Material Handling in accommodate the administration process for billing Transportation cost.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Making sure all MT Shipment already executed and the validated POD has been validated with the other supportive documents.
- Ensuring that all MT Shipments have been executed and the validated POD has been confirmed along with other supporting documents.
- Coordinating with the transporter to return all PODs within a specified timeframe.
- Sending POD documents and invoices to the Finance Team for the AR process.
- Coordinating with the relevant departments to ensure that the administrative process for MT Billing Invoices is completed on time.
- Assisting the Analyst, Logistics Transportation with other activities related to Billing and MT Shipments. Collecting and submitting the Monthly Return & Reject Report.
- Consistently implementing the 5R principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) in daily work activities
- Prioritizing occupational safety and health in every task execution.
- Ensuring all workplace activities run effectively while implementing systems such as ISO, SHE, 5S, Halal, and CPPKRTB
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Bachelor’s in any related field
- Background from Industrial Engineering or any relevant field
- Minimum 2 years in warehouse operations

- Permanent – full time job
- No relocation eligibility
