As an Associate Manager in Supply Chain Finance, you’ll play a critical role in driving financial excellence at our Cairo manufacturing site—helping us deliver quality products to millions of households across Egypt and beyond.

About the Role

This is more than a finance role—it’s a chance to influence strategic decisions, optimize costs, and support growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll manage budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX analysis, and cost-saving initiatives, while ensuring strong compliance and internal controls. Your work will directly contribute to SC Johnson’s success in Egypt and across the EMEA region.

About the Team

You’ll join a collaborative team that values integrity, innovation, and continuous improvement. Expect daily interaction with:

Regional AMET Supply Chain team (EMEA)
Costing team in Italy
MENAPT headquarters in Turkey
Shared Services Center in Cairo

This role offers regional exposure and the opportunity to build strong professional networks across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Monitoring: Deliver budgets and manage site financial performance, focusing on volumes, conversion costs, and cost savings. Provide actionable insights through timely reporting.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare accurate forecasts aligned with S&OP processes, highlighting risks and opportunities for plant performance.
CAPEX Management: Lead capital investment proposals, perform ROI analysis, and ensure projects align with approved plans.
Cost Savings: Identify and quantify cost-saving opportunities across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Financial Controls & Compliance: Strengthen internal controls under Sarbanes-Oxley framework, act as audit liaison, and implement process improvements.

Experience You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Management.
5–7 years of post-qualification experience in finance or cost accounting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (US GAAP preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SCALA, SAP/BPC.

Preferred Skills

Fluency in English.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to balance detail orientation with strategic thinking.
Collaborative mindset and influencing skills.
Prior FMCG or supply chain experience is a plus.
