Function: Regional Supply Planning

Overview:

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Supply Planning team, where you’ll focus on Finished Goods within our in-house operations. This role is a key player in our European supply chain, helping ensure our products are exactly where they need to be - right on time.

You’ll take the lead on inventory and production planning for a high-impact product portfolio. It’s a role that requires balancing service levels, working capital, and production capacity - while collaborating with a wide network of colleagues across Europe, from factory floors to commercial teams.

Expect a fast-paced environment with a mix of structured, time-sensitive tasks and opportunities to shape how we work. You’ll be hands-on in operations and also contribute to smarter, more agile planning processes.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of a product portfolio and lead inventory and production planning across multiple European markets.
• Set and monitor stock levels at distribution centers to hit service targets and keep working capital in check.
• Build and manage the master production schedule, aligning demand with factory capacity, materials, and business priorities.
• Play a key role in monthly S&OP reviews and weekly S&OE processes, influencing both strategic and tactical decisions.
• Use planning tools (ERP, APS, analytics) to ensure smooth, accurate information flow across the supply network.
• Keep SAP master data up to date to support seamless production and distribution planning.
• Support product transitions, such as launches or restages, by aligning supply plans with project timelines.
• Conduct long-term supply assessments and contribute to strategic initiatives like make-or-buy evaluations.

Experience you’ll bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, ideally with a focus on planning
• A degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field
• Experience leading projects or cross-functional initiatives.
• Familiarity with supply chain tools like SAP (PP, MM), APO, Kinaxis, Tableau
• Strong Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP)
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable plans
• Certifications such as APICS, IBF, or Lean would be an advantage
