ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a great chance to work in a multi-international environment with high standards of work.
The Intern in our Talent Acquisition team will be working closely with recruiters across the EMEA region (we hire for over 20+ countries). You will gain experience and learn about end to end recruitment processes as well supporting key projects in the region focused on employer branding and possibly automation. This internship also includes the opportunity to network with senior level stakeholders from HR and business functions.
Responsibilities:
Support the team with managing end to end recruitment process
Provide administrative support - reviewing applications, organize interviews
Work with Workday ATS system (applicant tracking system - WORKDAY) by creating requisition
Assist Recruiters with additional projects (campus recruitment and event organization)
Support regional employer branding projects by working closely with external partners such as vendors, universities, media agencies, etc.
Work with the Talent Acquisition COE, leverage the SCJ Employee Value proposition for recruitment campaigns in EMEA.
Experience you’ll bring:
Bachelor degree required
English fluent (written and spoken)
Behaviors you’ll need:
Passionate about talent acquisition and employer branding
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within a regional team located in different countries
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priortise
You need to be eligible to work in the country of application.
This role is not eligible for relocation.
