Associate Manager Field HR will be responsible for providing a broad spectrum of HR services and support for México Plant organization, focused on:
- Building talent and capability for the future
- Fostering an engaging, high-performing culture and a great place to work
- Delivering operational excellence in HR services
- Supporting the success of change management activities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Employee/labor relations, employee development, recruitment, onboarding and retention activities for all operative positions permanent and temporaries.
- Build trust and respect of local employees to ensure they can act as a confidential advisor and support local employee issues.
- Support the annual HR processes including merit review, performance management, succession and development, and employee opinion survey
- Partner with the business team leaders to create a great place to work environment.
- Administrate Workday process
- Time attendance process (Kronos administration system)
- Employee Store support
- Wellness program
- Support on weekly payroll calculation
- Support on engagement process GPTW, GEOS, family day.
- Support on labour strategy
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience
- Recruitment and administrative HR process experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- English
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to establish trust and credibility with employees
- Highly organized, flexible, willing to make decisions and able to quickly adapt from one situation to the next
- Ability to manage for results with high degree of initiative and speed, strong sense of urgency.
- Manage of time attendance system
- Knowledge of weekly payroll process
- Analytical thinking
