Senior Specialist, Business Support

This role is responsible for managing and maintaining Sr. Sales Director's schedules, appointments and travel arrangements; monitor them to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy; and adjust the schedule based on changes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, handling daily tasks as needed

  • Consolidate business data and create reports and PowerPoint presentations as need

  • Manage the archiving and updating of distributor contracts

  • Monitor and report SAP daily reports, providing regular sales data updates to Sales Leadership Team

  • Compile and submit weekly GSARA product quality inspection reports

  • Assist the Quality Department with annual quality system certification

  • Maintain vendor information in the Bazgi system

  • Other tasks assigned by Sr. SD

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum of 5 years progressive administrative experience

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Proficient in oral and written English

  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

  • Multi-tasking abilities

  • Attention to details and well-organized

  • Responsible and committed, display a sense of urgency and strong initiative

  • Strong communication skills

  • Self-starter and acts with integrity

Job Requirements:

  • Full time work, overtime is expected

  • Travel will up to 10% of work time within country

  • This role is not eligible for relocation
