Human Resources Job ID: 29001Reporting to the Director, Human Resources Business Partner, Greater China. the Manager, Human Resources, Field HR, is responsible for supporting the execution of HR initiatives within manufacturing plant in JinShan. Will partner with the business, HR Operations, COEs, and HR Business Partners in all aspects of Human Resources, to ensure successful delivery of HR programs and initiatives across the organization. Including but not limited to employee relations, onboarding, talent management, leadership development, change management, diversity, performance management, workforce planning and compensation planning / implementation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner with BU HRBP to provide proactive guidance, communications, and HR generalist support to employees within a respective manufacturing plant and/or site
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies / procedures and local laws and practices
• Execution of HR programs and processes, managing multiple priorities concurrently through strong project management, systems knowledge, and effective communications
• Support team members within the manufacturing plant or location to drive and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the business need
• Partner with HR Operations team and the COE’s to ensure consistent execution of HR policies, initiatives, and approaches within the manufacturing plant or site
• Provide HR Leadership with recommended insights to improve work processes and help promote an atmosphere of continuous learning
• Drive future initiatives based on feedback from individuals and teams
• Assist in communicating HR roles, services, and capabilities to colleagues and resolving HR operational issues
• Leads change management programs and initiatives
• Responsible for the implementation and/or coordination of applicable training programs
• Leads employee engagement initiatives and cultural programs
• Leads special projects and related duties, as assigned
• Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for Production roles
• Support the non-production Talent Acquisition Process and onboarding
• Support compensation process and ensure to distribute key communications, as needed
• Review current employment practices and provides recommendations and coaching to ensure policies and processes are compliant with local law and regulations (including Union relationship)
• Leads Labor Relations Strategy to support business strategy (country/ local)
• Execute the delivery of Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness programs such as PMP, MS&D, GPTW, GEOS, etc.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
• Minimum of a bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Human Relations, or related discipline
• 8+ year of HR generalist experience and/or related fields
• Knowledge of general HR policies, procedures, and HR leading practices and applicable laws / regulations in country of employment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to interact with colleagues of all levels to gather information
• Ability to work well in a team environment and prioritize work appropriately
• Ability to work effectively in an environment of change and manage multiple priorities concurrently through project management, systems knowledge, and effective communication
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
