Associate, Sales Account Management (Ecommerce - Ali)

This role is responsible for annual SCJ content EC channel business plans, demand plans and channel P&L outcome. We are looking an experienced E-commerce sales to lead sales efforts on TDI/Ali health /Ziploc FSS/Red book. The candidate nice to have distributor management experience and negotiation skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve business results (GS/NS/DP/OP) as a high potential member of China eCommerce Team
  • Establish a healthy business model with strong partner (distributor & retailor etc), understand how to build a strong foundation of E-commerce business
  • Closely collaboration with eCommerce Customer Marketing, brand marketing and IMC team etc cross functional team to deliver target goal
  • Oversea day to day sales operations, including order processing, inventory management and control trade spending budget

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of relevant working experience. At least 1 year of E-commerce experience. FMCG background is required

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Experience and knowledge content sales channel experience is preferred

Job Requirements:

  • Full time work, overtime is expected
  • Travel will up to 10% of work time within country
  • This role is not eligible for relocation
