ABOUT THE ROLE

  • As Greater China Supply Planning Associate Manager, you will be responsible to lead a group of Analysts and Sr Analysts supporting raw and packaging materials and production scheduling for China Plant and oversee subcon requirements for TW and HK markets. You will collaborate with cross Functional teams which includes Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Logistics and other teams as necessary to resolve operations issues and work on process improvement opportunities and new product readiness. You must be familiar with Planning tools (SAP ECC, APO is a plus) and must guide the team to adhere to KPI targets set primarily on Inventory, SLOBS, Cost savings opportunities on AF/write off and Production Schedule Adherence. This role will report virtually to MRP/PPDS Manager in Manila Shared Service Center.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coach and develop a team of Raw and Packaging Materials Planners and Production Schedulers. Hold regular 1:1s with Planners to discuss development plans and concerns and offer support and guidance on processes and close gaps in skills and competencies

  • Lead weekly huddles with the MRP/PPDS Planning team discussing opportunities, issues and recognition.

  • Escalate supply constraints to Cluster and Leadership teams according to defined channels

  • Accountable in meeting KPIs across region - collate and quantify root cause analysis provided by PlannersonInventoryactualsandprojections,monthlyAFandWriteoffs,near-expirylotswriteoff mitigation and production schedule adherence

  • Prepare presentation materials when required

  • Support effectiveness of Cross Functional and Step 3 Technology reviews

  • Execute core planning as required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Planning and exposure to leadership role

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Can communicate well and must be fluent in English language

  • Good analytical skills and attention to details

  • Experience in managing large teams and with good people leadership capability

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • This is Mfg Plant based role (Jinshan Plant, China)

  • Can work on extended hours as needed

  • Relocation Eligibility: This role is eligible for domestic relocation
