Marketing Job ID: 27954This role is responsible for reporting into the Sr. Director, Marketing Commercialization/Director, Finance and will also provide support to Marketing/Finance functions and initiatives and broader department events. This is a dynamic environment, and the incumbent must be able to demonstrate high levels of discretion, communication, organization, initiative, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work independently while remaining flexible under pressure and changing priorities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism in working with all levels of management
Strong communication skills for global audience
Exercise extreme confidentiality in handling sensitive information and projects
Build trust and respect with variety of key stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills; ability to handle detailed meeting schedules with internal and external parties
Ability to organize domestic and international travel, coordinate travel visas, as needed while remaining flexible under pressure with frequently-changing priorities and demands
Ability to organize meetings and events including international visitors or events
Function independently by anticipating needs and resolving them
Sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines
Proactive, forwarding-thinking problem solving skills
Prioritize projects; establish and meet deadlines in alignment with plans/goals being set
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 2 years progressive administrative experience
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Proficient English (oral and written), analytic skills/proficiency with EXCEL, good presentation deck development skills.
Strong time management skills, strong organizational, communication (written and oral), flexibility with willingness to make decisions and ability to quickly adapt from one situation to the next
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail/accuracy
Demonstrates high level of initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work with all levels of the organization
Solid judgment and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to exercise confidentiality
Job Requirements:
Full time work, overtime is expected
Travel will up to 10% of work time within country
This role is not eligible for relocation
