ABOUT THE ROLE
Manage the North America (NA) Accounts Payable (AP) Special Processing team and function. Responsible for the overall day to day operations of the Concur Expense, Credit Card Management, Payments, and Vendor Master Data Administration to ensure compliance to local and/or global policies, procedures and internal controls. Works collaboratively with internal cross functional teams and/or external partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Drive operational improvement and increase efficiency and effectiveness
This is an onsite role in Racine, WI.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide overall direction and leadership to the NA AP Special Processing team and ensure specific and measurable goals are developed, monitored and achieved
Supervise a team of 4-6 individuals, including both exempt and non-exempt levels, and oversee the PMP and career development process for the NA AP Special Processing team
Manage the day-to-day operations and resources to ensure timely processing of Credit Card Help Desk Inquiries, Expense/Card Audits, Payments, and Vendor Master Data requests & inquiries
Works collaboratively with internal cross functional teams and/or external suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Ensure preparation of reconciliations and reports according to policies and controls
Coordinate AP month end, calendar year end, and fiscal year end activities and communication
Support testing and implementation of modifications to AP systems or integration of new activities
Provide backup capabilities as needed to the Expense Global Process Owner (GPO)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s degree in business related field (Accounting preferred)
5+ years of relevant work experience (management experience strongly preferred)
1+ years of experience/exposure with Concur or other global travel and expense system
1+ years of experience/exposure demonstrated system skills in SAP (vendor master and payment experience preferred)
Must be legally authorized to work within the United States

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Adaptive strategic thinking skills (high-level thinking when appropriate vs. detailed orientated)
Intermediate Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint skills
Lean mindset and demonstrated experience of process improvements
