ABOUT THE ROLE
The Technology Tools (ServiceNow) and Process Integration Specialist is responsible for the ServiceNow platform, tools integration, and overall optimization spanning service management, systems integration, and new capabilities. This includes enhancing data consistency and improving overall IT service delivery and operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Integration Management:
- Own and keep compliant ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric.
- Own and constantly improve BPT ServiceHub.
- Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other IT tools and systems.
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Support SDO Platforms Owner in preparation for Change Management and ARB meetings.
Alignment and Optimization:
- Align IT tools and processes with the ServiceNow platform to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support SDO Platform Owner in development of SDO platforms/tools/products roadmaps.
- Play Service Development and Transition Lead role for selected projects.
Documentation and Training:
- Create and maintain comprehensive knowledge management in collaboration with process owners.
- Provide training and support to IT staff on integrated tools and processes.
- Develop knowledge articles, user guides, and best practices for utilizing integrated systems.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and integration capabilities.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and reliability of integrated systems.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of integrations to ensure they meet business needs and compliance requirements.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems integration, service management, or a related field. Experience with ServiceNow and other ITSM tools is highly desirable.
Proficiency in integration technologies and tools, such as APIs, web services, and middleware. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Relevant certifications in ServiceNow, ITIL, or other IT service management frameworks are preferred.
Demonstrated ability to implement and mature technology solutions.
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and ability to converse effectively and fluently in both business and technical terms.
Project management experience.
Proven customer-centric mind set.
High motivation, self-starter, flexibility, common sense, and can-do attitude.
Job Requirements:
Permanent, full-time employment
Onsite work setup (M-F); 1 day remote per week after 3 months (4x office + 1 day remote/week)
Midshift (flexible working hours); flexible to work in EMEA and US time zone if necessary
This role is not eligible for relocation
