About the role
Join our dynamic team to drive the success of our E-commerce operations! You'll manage E-commerce clients and distributors, plan and execute customer-specific promotions, and collaborate with commercial teams to boost market share. Your role includes accurate forecasting, managing finance-related objectives, and developing digital shelves. You'll onboard new clients, manage trade budgets, and enhance our business scope. By following market trends and benchmarking with other companies, you'll discover new opportunities for channel development and digital transformation. Your negotiation skills will be key in resolving disputes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
About the Team/Department
Reporting to Sales Channel Manager, this role offers an exciting opportunity for sales professionals to develop their careers in a FMCG ecomm. You will be involved in planning and implementing customer-specific promotions, managing E-com distributors, collaborating with commercial teams, and handling finance-related objectives. Your work will contribute to achieving business goals, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving digital transformation within the E-commerce channel.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementing customer-specific promotions, campaigns, and tailor-made executions for defined accounts.
- Managing E-com dedicated distributors.
- Accurately forecasting on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
- Working and collaborating with commercial teams (Customer marketing, marketing, etc.) to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
- Managing finance-related objectives (P&L tables, margins of the online portfolio, etc.), planning and executing digital JBP with E-com clients regarding the following topics: daily right execution, promotion, campaigns, online portfolio management.
- Ensuring achievement of set business goals and obtaining internal and external customer satisfaction to build strong new relationships and strengthen current ones with related departments and grades.
- Developing the digital shelves as the future of shopping in all channels. Onboarding and managing new/ongoing E-com clients to the SCJ system and setting up partnerships with them to develop new business models and increase online CCI products penetration.
- Managing trade budget effectively and getting the best outcome of investments.
- Enhancing and improving the scope of business via expanding product portfolio, occasionally planning other consumer campaigns, defining areas of connection to current offline campaigns, and adding new features to online platforms and digital marketing.
- Managing campaigns, product portfolio, and profitability strategies designed for e-commerce sales dynamics and opportunities.
- Establishing an online data collection and analysis environment, collecting market insights and customer feedback from digital platforms, and transferring them into innovative projects that would increase customer satisfaction and operating efficiency.
- Continuously following market trends and innovations, benchmarking with other companies, discovering new opportunities for SCJ e-com channel development and SCJ digital transformation, converting them into projects and executing them.
- Negotiating and resolving disputes and customer claims in changing circumstances.
Experience you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Economics.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience, especially in E-com channel sales, preferably in an FMCG environment.
- No travel restrictions.
- Driving license (Class B).
