The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 128,000.00 USD - 168,000.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. Reporting to the Director of Sales Strategy and Operations, the Manager, Retail Execution is responsible for SCJ NACB in-store executional excellence by optimizing product placement, adhering to merchandising standards, and strategically promoting and managing inventory. In this role, you will coordinate internal and third-party retail teams and work closely with Omni Leads, Category Managers, Account Managers, Retail Executives at Key Accounts and Store Managers to ensure both SCJ and Retailers objectives are met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with Category Managers and Omni Leads to define “Perfect Stores” objectives/ KPIs
Utilize available data to identify in-store execution opportunities and develop an action plan
Oversee Retail Execution Budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation across categories and COT
Implement initiatives to enhance the ROI of Retail Execution solutions and programs
Provide guidance, training and coordination for the Internal and Third-Party Retail teams
Identify new tools and capabilities to improve Retail Execution
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of relevant experience in Retail or CPG industry OR advanced degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in Retail or CPG industry
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Previous People management experience (internal and/or third-party teams)
Microsoft Office Tools (incl. Excel and PowerPoint) and PowerBI reporting
Broad knowledge of different classes of trade
Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to analyze different data sources
Demonstrated ability to make decisions balancing short- and long-term goals
Demonstrated ability to evaluate investments, forecasting cost, ROI and balancing risks
Demonstrated ability to adapt to manage competing demands and adapt to shifting priorities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Full Time onsite role in West Loop, Chicago office, core hours: 9 – 3
Expected Travel Time: 30%
Remote work available once a week for eligible employees
