About the Role


Step into the heart of our EMEA Costing, Reporting, and Analytics Hub in Arese, where you'll support diverse markets across Europe, Turkey, the Middle East, and Sub-Saharan Africa. As a crucial partner to our Business leadership, you'll drive the optimization of total delivered cost. Your role will encompass financial leadership in regional sourcing, strategy implementation, MEA creation, approval, execution, and post-completion audits. You'll also validate NDPs costing and cost-saving programs. You'll be at the forefront of executing global Reporting & Analytics and Standard Cost processes, engaging daily with key stakeholders.

About the Team/Department
Reporting to the Manager, FP&A – Product Supply EMEA, this is an exciting opportunity for Finance professionals eager to advance their careers in a cross-country role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Standard Cost process and deploy global Reporting and Analytics.
  • Collaborate with NPD and category teams to prepare rough and final costing estimates and related analysis.
  • Provide financial support for cost-saving projects, identifying opportunities, and assessing cost impacts.
  • Support regional sourcing and strategy studies, preparing final recommendations for management.
  • Control and optimize delivered costs, providing ad hoc analysis on total delivered cost.
  • Analyze and update cost cards.
  • Develop and share best practices within the EMEA Costing Hub.
  • Coordinate FP&A supply chain month-end and forecasting activities.

Experience You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong influencing and presentation skills.
  • 2 to 4 years of finance experience in FP&A or cost accounting roles, preferably with international exposure.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Mobility is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and BPC
