ABOUT THE ROLE

The Brand Manager, International Consumer Brands, Pest Control – Innovation is responsible for leading consumer-centric ideation, strategy, and product development for OFF! And Autan . The ideal candidate is a curious, collaborative, international conscious and resilient team player with a drive towards results over processes. While the role is based in Racine, this individual must partner with commercial teams in Latin America, AMET, Europe and Asia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The core responsibility for this role will be to lead the ideation, strategy, and development of new products that win consumers and grow Repellent brands globally. This role must deliver the following:

• Lead a Major Innovation Platform: Own the end-to-end development and delivery global innovation repellents pipeline , aligned with the brand’s 2030 strategy and long-term growth ambitions.
  • Partner with local teams to ensure the effective development and commercialization of the innovation platform, including sourcing and procurement strategies, pricing recommendations, market prioritization, and a multi-year cadence of innovation and news.
• Drive New Platform Ideation: Identify and develop new innovation territories through consumer-centric ideation, strategic planning, and cross-regional stakeholder alignment.
• Regional Innovation Pipeline Ownership: Partner with key region to shape and lead their future innovation pipeline through 2030 and beyond, ensuring alignment with global brand strategy and local market needs.
• Capability Building: Champion the expansion and adoption of innovation capabilities and mindsets including effective ways of working between Racine and Markets, fostering a culture of creativity, agility, and consumer obsession.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead global, cross-functional teams to bring innovation to life, ensuring seamless execution from concept to shelf.
• Market Analysis: Gain learnings of international markets via consumer research and industry reports to help inform strategic roadmaps and innovation opportunities.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

• Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in consumer product development preferred; relevant experience in other functions, such as RD&E, Supply Chain, Consumer Insights, or related areas, will also be considered.
• Strong consumer-first mindset, with a demonstrated ability to translate consumer needs and insights into strategies that drive brand growth and business results.
• Global experience or exposure preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, building strong relationships, influencing without authority, and empowering others to deliver results.
• Passion for brand building, strategic thinking, creativity, and innovation, with the ability to turn ideas into actionable business opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, challenge conventional thinking, and adapt to changing business priorities while maintaining focus on results.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex challenges, remove barriers, and recommend practical, effective solutions.
• Confident communicator who brings a thoughtful point of view, constructively challenges ideas, and contributes to strategic discussions and decision-making.
• Natural curiosity and enthusiasm for consumer behavior, emerging trends, brands, and innovation, with the ability to translate external insights into meaningful business opportunities.
