Sr. Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis

The Sr. Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for supporting the financial planning, forecasting, and performance management processes that enable sound business decisions and sustainable profitable growth. The role consolidates and analyzes financial results, develops forward-looking scenarios, identifies risks and opportunities, and translates complex financial information into clear business insights. Working cross-functionally with Finance and business partners, this role helps ensure financial plans are accurate, agile, and aligned with business priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and coordinate key financial planning processes, including annual budget, long-range planning, periodic forecasts, and monthly outlook updates, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Analyze actual results versus budget, forecast, and prior year, identifying key drivers, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to improve financial performance.
• Support monthly financial closing and management reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clear explanation of variances across the P&L.
• Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business alternatives, sensitivities, trade-offs, and potential impacts on Net Sales, profitability, and cash flow.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, Business Finance, or a related financial role, preferably in a multinational or consumer goods environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools and familiarity with ERP/planning systems such as SAP, BPC, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, matrixed environments, managing multiple planning cycles, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical mindset, with the ability to understand P&L drivers, connect operational assumptions to financial results, and develop meaningful scenarios.
