Logistics Coordinator

Role: Key Account Manager

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Overview:

In this role you will be responsible for managing inventory and distribution (including import/export), between our internal facility and 3PL service providers.

Responsibilities:

• Control inventory accuracy of related goods within internal and external warehouses.
• Coordinate the movement of goods, including carrier bookings, clearing and forwarding processes, inventory transfers, and pick-pack-ship operations between different sites.
• Various tracking and reporting (including production forecasts, warehouse capacity, inventory reports, transport arrangements, lead times, etc.)
• Support cross-functional team with keeping track of inventory volumes, shipments, documentation, costs, and any related risks and opportunities.
• Liaise with key stakeholders on different requirements and expectations.
• Identify, optimise, and implement continuous improvement and efficiency (cost saving) initiatives.

Experience you’ll bring:

• Logistics experience
• Diploma/Degree with Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain Management
• CPIM/CLTD certification preferred
• Lean/Six sigma experience advantageous
• Knowledge of SAP ECC/PRD
• Advanced MS Excel skills
